Batman: Arkham City- Mr. Freeze Trailer

While on the topic of Batman.  Today I saw the latest trailer for the new Batman game 'Batman: Arkham City'.  And it looks pretty freakin' sweet.  This trailer showcases none other than Mr. Freeze.




Previous trailers have shown Catwoman, The Penguin, and a teaser for the Riddler.  Let's just say this game seems to be doing well to be all of what made the first Arkham title awesome, and then some.  This is a game to keep on your radar.

"The Dark Knight Rises" Production Footage

As you may know the newest entry in the Batman movie-lineup is currently being filmed, entitled "The Dark Knight Rises".  I am incredibly excited to see the last of the Dark Knight films complete Christopher Nolan's reboot of the caped-crusader.  One thing you typically get when movies are filming (especially in urban settings) is a lot of production footage tends to leak from the sets and shoots.

"The Dark Knight Rises" is no exception, and for whatever reason, seems to have more production footage being revealed than the previous 2 titles combined.  I know a lot of this has caused some backlash, especially with Anne Hathaway's 'Catwoman' costume seems to really be a hot topic among fans as of late.  Personally, I couldn't give a crap what individual characters look like as long as the movie is awesome.  And if the previous entry alone where to be the material to judge from, I hope Nolan has raised the bar with this one.

The Dark Knight Rises Teaser

No doubt if you have seen the new Harry Potter flick, than this isn't news to you.  However, for those who aren't fans enough of Mr. Potter to go see his last movie; here you go.




This is the first teaser trailer for the new Batman film by Christopher Nolan.  Mr. Nolan has done a spectacular job with the Dark Knight franchise.  This is the last film from this generation's reboot of the legendary Batman character.  And "The Dark Knight Rises" looks to be just as promising.  In this clip we get a glimpse of Tom Hardy as Bane and a shot of Gary Oldman reprising his role as Comissioner Gordon as he lay in a hospital bed speaking of Batman's return to Gotham.

I'm as eager as ever for this film to be released.  Bane isn't quite what I thought he would look like; however, he does look gritty enough to fall right into place in Nolan's re-imagining of Gotham and it's denizens.

With this title, Nolan brings several actors from "Inception" fame to the cast:
-Joseph Gordon-Levitt .....as John Blake
-Tom Hardy......................as Bane
-Marion Cotillard...............as Miranda Tate

Batman Arkham City Trailers

The devs have been dropping trailers for the upcoming 'Batman Arkham City'.  Graphically it looks to be in the same style and quality as it's successor.  Which is great, because 'Batman Arkham Asylum' looked fantastic.  So while they tease us with info of Penguin, Catwoman and Robin's appearances, we also get to watch some trailers for the Riddler and Catwoman.  So enjoy the latest trailers below.
